*SYNOPSIS*
It is the time of the year for the Singapore Sports Hub National Open Championships!
Events include the Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles!
This annual tournament organized by the Singapore Badminton Association gives spectators a chance to watch our Singapore top shuttlers live in action!
The Singapore Sports Hub National Open Championships 2025 puts up great prizes and $13,000 in total prize monies!
Join us in crowning the new crop of National Champions this coming January!
*IMPORTANT UPDATES*
Please note that there will be a change in registration regulation starting from National Open Championships 2024.
With the establishment of the National Ranking System and sanction tournaments with ranking points across the year,
future National Open Championships be accepting registrations based on players’ BWF World,
BWF Notional ranking points and the SBA National ranking points for the Open events
and will no longer be on a first come first serve basis.

The Only Tier 1 SBA Tournament
The National Open Championships is a Tier 1 SBA Tournament, with the highest ranking points under the National Ranking System (If you are unsure about the National Ranking System, do visit this link).
Who Can Compete in the National Open Championships?
As shared in this year’s National Open Championships 2024 Prospectus, please take note of the change in registration regulations starting from National Open Championships 2025. Future National Open Championships will accept registrations based on ranking points and will no longer operate on a first-come-first-served basis.
5 Events to Compete for the Glory of Becoming National Champion
There will be competitions in the following 5 events:
- Men’s Singles
- Women’s Singles
- Men’s Doubles
- Women’s Doubles
- Mixed Doubles
Registration OPENs from
25 October 2024 - 25 november 2024
Each player is allowed to enter up to 2 events.
Registration fees (inclusive of GST) for each event are as follows:
Registration without payment is deemed as incomplete. Late, unclear and incomplete entries will NOT be entertained. Registration fee is non-refundable.
