SBA Grading System - Partners Sought!

SBA is seeking a partner to collaborate in the development of Grading Test items and related materials.

Deadline for submission of interest and required documentations/information is 12 June 2020.

Want to Become an SBA Ordinary Member?

Applications to become an SBA Ordinary Member are open. The best part? Entrance and subscription fees have now been waived!

Organisations who have organized badminton events or had participants participate in SBA tournaments/programs/events are encouraged to become an SBA Ordinary Member.

SBA Sanctioned Tournament Update

SBA is pleased to announce PAPA GO Badminton as our newest SBA Sanctioned Tournament partner!

The PAPA GO Age Group Age Group 2020 would be held from 17 to 22 March 2020 at the Singapore Badminton Hall.

Appeal to Register - Singapore Youth International 2019

In view of the overwhelming interest for the Singapore Youth International 2019 U-15 and U-17 category, SBA will be considering appeals on a case-by-case basis.

In your appeal, please include the following results (if any):

1) Alpha Age Group Series in June 2019
2) Pesta Sukan Youth in August 2019
3) 14th Chinese Swimming Club Age Group Badminton in September 2019
4) Other significant results in the past 1 year

Please indicate the title “Appeal – Singapore Youth International 2019 U15/U17 category” in your email and send it to kevinlim@singaporebadminton.org.sg before 5pm on 15th October 2019 (Tuesday).

Jia Min has had a spectacular month of August, defeating the World Ranked #1 Player Akane Yamaguchi, enroute her journey to becoming the first ever Singaporean Woman to reach the Quarter Finals of the World Championships.
